This gentle massage relieves the areas most stressed by pregnancy (legs, lumbar region, back, shoulders, neck and head). The massage will of course be adapted to the specific needs of the mother-to-be as major upheavals occur in her body.
An adapted installation will allow her to take full advantage of this moment. Indeed, after the first 22 weeks of pregnancy, lying flat on your belly can cause pressure on the deep blood vessels. She can therefore lie on her side to be massaged, and cushions can be placed under the belly or between the legs for optimal comfort. Some essential oils are not indicated during pregnancy, this is why the massage is accompanied by a neutral organic coconut oil (deodorized for those who will be sensitive to smells).
